Today, 6th of February, we join the celebration of the International Day of Zero Tolerance for Female Genital Mutilation, an ancestral practice, harmful to the health of women and girls (video). We have always supported the APFG (Asociación para la Promoción de la Mujer en Gaoua) in its fight against FGM contributing to the funding of its awareness-raising projects. Education and training are fundamental elements to put an end to that scourge. You can find with this news a short video of the APFG in this regard.
