#July31; Africa's Women's Day

Today, 31st of July, is Africa's Women's Day. The objective, among others, is to recognise and give visibility to the contribution of women in the development of African societies in all areas - family, community, primary sectors, small and medium-sized enterprises, public space, institutions of social and political representation, etc.- and to raise awareness about the role of women on the African continent. As every year, CIM Burkina joins these objectives, hence recognising all the challenges faced by women in Africa, such as environmental problems or the effects of Covid19.

From CIM Burkina we remain true to our commitment to women in Africa in general and in Burkina Faso in particular, in their fundamental role as development drivers and as the mainstay of a society of peace, education, equity and rights.

We are committed to women.
