On May 16, we attended the signing of the municipal agreement promoted by the Coordinadora Valenciana de ONGD (CVONGD) by which the main municipal political forces are committed to promoting international cooperation. The agreement was signed simultaneously in the city councils of Valencia, Castelló, Alicante and Elche. The Agreement recognizes that it is an "ethical, social, political and economic imperative" to promote cooperation to eradicate extreme poverty, which has grown in the last two years, and in which more than 700 million people live.
